14 & 15 November 2025 - ITC Welcom, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
Spices are woven into the very fabric of India’s cuisine, history, culture, and economy. They define the complexity of flavours and the rich regional diversity of our food.
Since its inception, the World Spice Organisation has been committed to elevating the safety and quality of Indian spices. Through past editions, the National Spice Conference has advanced conversations on sustainability, food safety, and quality, while creating direct market linkages for farmers and FPOs dedicated to producing sustainable, high-quality spices.
Centred on the theme “The Spice Route Ahead: Safe, Sustainable and Scalable,” NSC 2025 will advance discussions on quality, food safety, sustainability, and market linkages, building on the momentum of previous editions.
The conference will also feature focused business sessions, insights on innovations in cultivation and processing, and updates on government support schemes. A curated exhibition of advanced technologies and indigenous agri-products, along with buyer-seller meets, will create opportunities for collaboration and growth in a rapidly evolving global spice landscape.
Join us in Guntur for informative sessions delivered by renowned speakers, connect with industry leaders, share ideas, and help shape the safe, sustainable, and scalable future of spices.
