National Spice Conference 2025
Theme: The Spice Route Ahead: Safe, Sustainable and Scalable
The National Spice Conference (NSC), organised annually by the World Spice Organisation, will be held this year on 14–15 November at ITC Welcom, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Guided by the theme “The Spice Route Ahead: Safe, Sustainable and Scalable,” the event will feature focused business sessions, a curated exhibition of the latest technology and indigenous agri-products, and a dedicated buyer-seller interface. NSC offers the ideal blend of knowledge sharing and networking, ensuring every delegate leaves with valuable insights and connections.
Since its inception in 2022, NSC has brought together stakeholders from across the spice value chain. Last year’s edition welcomed over 350 delegates, including spice processors, exporters, traders, laboratories, agri-input companies, technology firms, and farmers. This year, participation is expected to cross 400, with many farmers attending through the flagship National Sustainable Spice Program (NSSP). Over the years, eminent speakers from regulatory bodies, leading spice companies, academia, and service providers have enriched the conference with their expertise.
The 2025 theme builds on the discussions of previous editions, advancing dialogue on quality and food safety, sustainability, and market linkages. The spice industry stands at a pivotal moment, navigating growing global demand, changing consumer expectations, rapid technological advancements, and the urgent need for responsible practices. Business sessions will focus on the core pillars of Safety, Sustainability, and Scalability, alongside topics such as the latest innovations in cultivation and processing, and government schemes supporting farmers and processing companies.
Join us in Guntur to be part of a platform that connects ideas, people, and opportunities, shaping the future of the spice industry together.
